Refunds and Returns
Returns:
We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at support@houseofmisfit.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly sent.
Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll be notified once the refund is issued.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
Note:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the shipping address is correct before placing your order.
