Weight of the week
One drop. One feeling. One week at a time.
What we do
At House of Misfit, we don’t just make clothes. We capture emotions.
Each week, we drop a single piece — tied to what we’re feeling in that moment. It’s not about trends. It’s not about hype.
It’s about honesty.
This is our way of showing up — for ourselves, and for anyone who’s ever felt out of place.
Why we do
We’re tired of empty drops and fast fashion.
This is slower. Deeper. Personal.
Each product is part of something bigger:
A feeling. A thought. A moment that mattered.
Because every piece holds a feeling, not just a fit.
This series is about turning those moments into something you can wear.
Creating a wearable journal.
WEEK 1
Emotion: Overwhelmed
Why: The hand-done shibori pattern is chaotic yet beautiful. Its organic flow mirrors the way thoughts pile up and twist into each other when life feels too much. The dye bleeds into the fabric like emotions that can’t be contained, leaving behind marks of complexity, confusion, and motion.
WEEK 2
Emotion: Silent Struggle
Why: Some nights are heavier than others. But this one’s for the ones who make it through and still smile. Not because everything’s perfect — but because they choose peace anyway.
This crewneck isn’t about bedtime. It’s about a mindset.
WEEK 3
Emotion: Resilience
Why: Resilience isn’t loud.
It’s quiet, stubborn, and heavy.
It’s getting up when no one’s watching.
WEEK 4
Emotion: Confusion
Why: 14 Pockets, not because i need them.
But because i didn’t know where to put anything.
This is confusion in wearable form.
WEEK 5
Emotion: Disoriented
Why: This week feels like there are too many tabs open in my mind, too many directions pulling me at once.
These pants came from that place - heavy, loud, all over the place.
Because some weeks don’t resolve. They just echo.
